We are seeking a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Lead to join Wood based in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will have proven experience working in diversity, equity and inclusion at a large organization. We are seeking someone to join the Diversity & Inclusion Centre of Expertise who is a self-starter, team player and eager to contribute substantively to the success of our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to align with Wood's strategic priorities.

Working as part of the Diversity & Inclusion Centre of Expertise, this role will partner with External Technical Organizations, employee resource groups and a matrix of employees from executive leaders to graduates across the business to support the delivery of the global D&I agenda and ensure cohesion between stakeholders. 

The role will work directly with business leaders to further the Diversity & Inclusion agenda to aid attraction and retention, working closely with the Marketing Communications team to support the delivery of effective D&I campaigns which align with strategic priorities.
