As a District Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize diabetes care, leading talented territory teams to achieve and exceed company sales targets. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within a designated geographic area.
You’ll serve as a catalyst for innovation, working closely with senior leadership, marketing, and product teams to implement strategic plans that expand market share and deliver game-changing solutions to healthcare providers and patients. Assess talent requirements and actively engage in the recruitment process, making informed final hiring recommendations to build a high-performing sales teamCoach and mentor sales team members, both territory managers and clinical service managers, on developing and executing sales strategy and clinical support, aligning their efforts with the commercial strategy for Insulet’s product offeringsDeliver regular, constructive feedback to enhance team performance, inspiring each member to reach their fullest potential and achieve outstanding resultsEnsure team members execute field sales activities in accordance with established promotional guidelines and maintain credentialing and training requirements as necessary for their roleBuild Collaborative Relationships
Develop and maintain credible relationships with key diabetes decision makers and influencers within the district to understand their expectations, investigate issues, provide personalized solutions, and address any concerns that may ariseCollaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless operationsManage your District

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeValid driver’s license5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry or a related healthcare sectorMust reside within the geographic area of the district - This position requires regular business travel by air and car within a set geographic region.Regular overnight travel may be requiredPreferred Qualifications

The total compensation, which includes base salary and uncapped target incentive, annually based on the achievement of goals, for this position is $160,000-260,000. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Insulet offers a comprehensive benefits package, generous paid time-off, and career growth opportunities.
