NetApp is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, building partnerships, and coaching your team to success.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
+ Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
+ Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
+ Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
+ Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
**Job Requirements**
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Strong relationship building and collaboration abilities.
+ Deep knowledge of storage technologies and market trends.
+ Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
+ Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
**Education**
+ Minimum 8 years of field sales experience and 1 year of people management.
+ College degree or equivalent experience required.
