Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead and expand our Oncology Business Unit within a designated territory. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market to drive growth and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals while coaching successfully high performing sales
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve district sales targets and expand market share in the oncology business.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and other cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in all sales activities.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Organize and participate in educational events, conferences, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
Proficiency in CRM softwares and Microsoft Office and digital marketing and data analytics tools to optimize the performance
