What You’ll Do
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships within your assigned territory. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—and provide strategic insights to guide business decisions. In this role, you will:
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with territory goalsAnalyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growthCreate and manage sales plans, forecasts, and budgetsMaintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales reportingLead the full sales process: quoting, product demos, negotiations, and closing dealsBuild and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholdersConduct regular business reviews and provide post-sale supportCollaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to drive customer satisfactionReport on performance metrics and contribute insights to senior leadershipWhat You’ll Need
5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial marketsProven ability to manage a territory and consistently meet or exceed targetsStrong CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and consultative sales techniquesAbility to analyze data and market insights to inform strategyExcellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experienceWillingness to travel within the assigned territoryWhat You’ll Gain
