RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES + Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers + Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis + Liaise between the customer and internal teams + You will further implement the pull-strategy by intensifying contact with vertical markets / installers / specifiers + You will give trainings in stores and shops on our new products + Responsible for working with the Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships + You have an excellent relationship with the front desk people from our customers. You stimulate the sales of our products by informing them about promotions and our products. + Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives + Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders + Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations + Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments + Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our product QUALIFICATIONS You have a bachelor degree (or equivalent by experience) preferably with a technical background and experience in HVAC-business. You have good communicative skills, you know how to encourage people to sell your products and you are very customer minded.You know MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) WORK ENVIRONMENT Sales May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical work setting.
