We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations in the Jackson, MS and Monroe, LA.  Based out of our Jackson, MS office, this key leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving operational efficiency, optimizing profitability, and fostering strong client relationships across a diverse, multi-site portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational oversight, with a proven ability to lead teams, enhance performance, and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned district portfolioDirect and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionOversee new client transitions and implementation of servicesLead, coach, and develop site supervisors and account managersEnsure effective scheduling and resource allocationReview and manage district financial performance, including P&L accountabilityPromote employee engagement and retention initiatives

District Manager Training Program
Prior to full placement, you’ll participate in an intensive management training program where you will:

Learn to make strategic business decisionsGain deep understanding of P&L statements and operational budgetingEnhance your leadership and customer service skillsApply the Securitas management model in real-world scenarios

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience2–3 years of multi-unit operational oversightProficiency in understanding and managing P&L statementsStrong operational, leadership, and organizational skillsDemonstrated history of delivering excellent customer serviceValid driver's license with clean driving recordSecurity industry experience is a plus
