We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, including Bellwood, Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, Elgin, and surrounding areas. Based out of our Downers Grove office, this key leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving operational efficiency, optimizing profitability, and fostering strong client relationships across a diverse, multi-site portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational oversight, with a proven ability to lead teams, enhance performance, and deliver outstanding results.

What We Offer
Depending on experience, Securitas offers:

Starting salary: $84,000 - $86,000Monthly vehicle allowance: $500Comprehensive benefits package including:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) retirement plan15 accrued vacation days, 6 sick days, 4 floating holidays

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned district portfolioDirect and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retentionOversee new client transitions and implementation of servicesLead, coach, and develop site supervisors and account managersEnsure effective scheduling and resource allocationReview and manage district financial performance, including P&L accountabilityPromote employee engagement and retention initiatives

District Manager Training Program
Prior to full placement, you’ll participate in an intensive management training program where you will:

Learn to make strategic business decisionsGain deep understanding of P&L statements and operational budgetingEnhance your leadership and customer service skillsApply the Securitas management model in real-world scenarios

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience2–3 years of multi-unit operational oversightProficiency in understanding and managing P&L statementsStrong operational, leadership, and organizational skillsDemonstrated history of delivering excellent customer serviceValid driver's license with clean driving recordSecurity industry experience is a plus

Education & Experience

Associate’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in security or business management
