Your Role: The Defensive Captain of the Market

As a District Manager, you're not just calling plays, you’re building a dynasty. You’ll oversee multiple Papa Johns locations across Las Vegas, developing store leaders, driving operational excellence, and making sure our teams are championship-ready.

What You’ll Be Tackling:

Coach & Develop Store Leaders: Mentor General Managers to lead high-performing, engaged teams.Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure each location is hitting metrics for quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.Build a Winning Culture: Foster a positive, people-first environment that’s all about team success.Execute the Game Plan: Analyze P&Ls, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability across the district.Recruit Top Talent: Scout and onboard the best players for our team.Be a Brand Ambassador: Champion Papa Johns in the community, just like Maxx reps the Raiders.
