**Job Description** Actuar como enlace entre GM, sus concesionarios o tiendas IAM Facilitar la tutoría y la consultoría para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de ventas y servicios mensuales / anuales Seguimiento del Índice de Satisfacción del Cliente (CSI) u otros comentarios de los clientes para identificar y abordar deficiencias u oportunidades Ayudar en el lanzamiento de productos para garantizar un marketing y una publicidad optimizados entre el distribuidor, los IAM y GM Crear y gestionar relaciones Monitorear la capacitación del personal y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos / objetivos de GM Asistir con la gestión de inventario, incluyendo pedidos de vehículos y / o piezas y estabilización de inventario Analizar las ventas de los concesionarios, el mercado local y la competencia para identificar los ingresos oportunidades Aumentar las ventas de vehículos y piezas de GM a sus clientes Ayudar en la resolución de problemas del cliente Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según lo asignado **Additional Job Description** **Key Requeriments:** -Degree (finance, administration, engineering or similar experience) -Around 3 years of experience in similar positions -Advanced English -Power Bi MS office -Experience with dealers -Availability to travel around 70% of time **Activities:** -Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores -Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met -Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies -Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities -Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM -Build and manage relationships -Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives -Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing -Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers -Assist in customer problem resolution -Performs other related duties as assigned This position requires the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.
