1)根据区域销售目标和营销计划,制定区域的销售计划,完成销售目标 2)跟踪区域的销售活动和销售绩效3)与销售代表编制预算,确定区域,完成区域活动。 4)地区例会5)FFKEI报告,计划和跟进6)AP,OP预算计划和控制7)完成日常工作任务8)拜访KOL,管理区域KOL

2.人员管理

1)代表评估2)指导,代表培训3)团队激励

工作岗位要求:

学历:大专以上学历经验和知识:•至少3年制药行业经验•至少1年销售团队管理经验•行业/产品知识核心能力:•良好的业务规划技能•良好的指导技能•良好的销售技能•良好人际交往能力
