职位描述:

通过有效的区域管理、团队管理及人员激励,贯彻公司销售策略及制定辖区的市场销售计划,以确保公司销售目标的达成及扩大市场占有率;与关键客户建立和保持良好的业务关系,树立公司及产品的品牌形象。加强与相关部门之间的协作,发展与辅导下属。

工作职责:                            

销售业绩及区域管理

带领团队完成公司下达的销售目标,提高公司产品的市场占有率根据辖区的具体情况,策划、组织相关的市场促销活动带领团队执行及跟进市场推广计划,及时准确收集及反馈市场信息拜访医院,与关键客户建立及保持良好关系;通过与KA主管合作,进行大客户的选择和

谈判,签定协议及执行

与本区商业人员沟通协调,以确保产品在本区域的正常供应在区域内合理有效地分配资源及控制费用及时准确完成各项报表、报告

产品知识

帮助提高团队成员的产品知识在日常工作中的运用能力了解竞争产品的相关知识及动态不断学习并提高相关医学知识水平

职业操守

确保在销售和工作过程中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度,确保团队的行为符合

公司的道德准则和原则

保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准,言行举止符合公司要求具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入并起表率作用

团队管理和人员发展

通过有效的管理、激励、发展及保留人才,建立高绩效团队管理辅导代表,通过有计划的联合拜访,培训提高代表的销售技巧,解决问题能力完成季度绩效评估及业绩分析,及时有针对性的辅导及培训下属,以取得更好的业绩通过绩效管理及人员发展计划,确定培训需求,发展和保留人才,降低员工流失率招聘合适销售人员,建立人才资源储备系统确保离职人员按公司规定完成工作交接加强本部门及跨部门的沟通及合作创造良好的工作氛围,促进团队合作,做到公平、公正、公开。完成上级主管布置的其他临时任务

基本要求

熟悉相应的产品,有相应的医院的市场经验

学历背景

大专或以上学历

医学、药学或相关专业

资格证书

工作经验

2年以上相关领域销售管理经验
