Are you ready to make an impact and elevate healthcare with us? **Your responsibilities** + Deliver sales, market share, and market share growth targets for all products + Analyze data and reports to uncover business and address gaps and opportunities + Develop and implement tactical business plans within the district to identify and capitalize on market opportunities + Implement brand strategies at the district level, resulting in sales goal achievements while operating within budgetary constraints + Allocate resources based on solid business principles to achieve maximum ROI + Maintain current knowledge of all Reckitt / Mead Johnson Nutrition and competitive products + Create an enthusiastic and committed team environment that fosters superior performance by leveraging individual district member strengths + Lead the learning and development of team members based on their needs and the current business requirements + Evaluate representative performance and provide ongoing situational coaching and written feedback; continually assess team members’ talents, skills, and gaps against Reckitt core competencies + Convey ideas and attitudes effectively – both verbally and in writing; possess excellent listening and questioning skills and engage comfortably in open and candid dialogue + Exhibit excellence in identifying, meeting and exceeding customer expectations; partner with customers to make decisions that are mutually beneficial and further the business **The experience we're looking for** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA/MS preferred + 3-5 years of previous medical or retail sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; the following may be substituted for the sales management requirement: Experience as a Reckitt / Mead Johnson Associate Manager of Regional Operations or Sales Training Instructor; minimum one year experience in Sales Operations, Marketing or other relevant Reckitt management experience + Experience dealing with and providing solutions to various sales issues: contract management, samples management, managed care, WIC transitions, etc. + Experience managing individuals focused on achievement of project or performance goals and sales targets + Successful track record of selecting, developing and promoting talented individuals within an organization + Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook + Strong presentation skills + Solid negotiation skills with previous formal negotiations training + Thorough understanding of the healthcare environment and the medical influence model + Demonstrated knowledge of human resources management principles + This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time \#LI-Hybrid **The skills for success** Data analysis; clinical data interpretation; Global Medical Affairs, Consumer behaviour, Stakeholder relationship management; Customer relationship management, Key account management; strategic partnership, Customer value maximisation, Financial acumen, Strategic Selling; Influencing, Storytelling, Negotiation skills, operational excellence, Compliance monitoring, Digital activation to HCPs; Artificial intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital strategy; Channel strategy, Medical Sales; Clinical sales knowledge, Medical Marketing, Capability building, NEW Product Development, Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Management. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
