What you will do (Responsibilities):
Act as a strategic liaison between General Motors (GM), its dealerships, and IAM stores.Provide mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly and annual sales and service targets are met.Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other feedback channels to identify and address gaps or opportunities.Support product launches to ensure effective marketing and advertising across the network.Build and manage strong relationships with commercial partners.Oversee staff training and ensure compliance with GM’s standards and objectives.Assist in inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering and stock stabilization.Analyze dealership sales, local market trends, and competition to identify revenue opportunities.Drive growth in vehicle and parts sales across the GM network.Support customer issue resolution and ensure high service standards.Perform other related duties as assigned.Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial roles.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage teams indirectly.High level of relationship-building and empathy with commercial channels.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, Power BI, and AI-driven sales technologies.Intermediate English proficiency.What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
