What you’ll be doing.

Strategic Execution: Aligns with National Customer Managers and Field Managers to implement sales and marketing strategies that meet sales volume, NSV, and gross margin targets.Reporting & Compliance: Completes internal/external business reviews and reports, ensures adherence to McCain policies, and manages trade spend effectively.What you’ll need to be successful.

Proven ability in sales strategy development, business planning, and achieving commercial targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; capable of influencing both customers and internal teams.About the team.
