About the role. 

Please note: This is a Queensland-based, field-based role requiring frequent travel across the state for face-to-face customer engagement. Candidates must be based in Queensland and able to travel as needed.

 

Major account negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations with high-profile customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and sustainable growth.Customer & Team Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers and the sales team regarding stock, pricing, claims, and overall performance. Ensure the field team is aligned with McCain’s direction and strategy.Expense Management: Manage expenses in line with company policy, ensuring prompt and accurate processing of claims.What you’ll need to be successful.

Demonstrated success in building and sustaining strong customer partnerships through regular in-person engagement.Strong commercial acumen, including financial literacy, data analysis, and business insight.Autonomous, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a passion for food and a commitment to embodying McCain’s values.
