Distributor Development Manager

Job Responsibilities Evaluate current distributors’ channel to appoint and/or replace distributors where necessary. Map all channels and develop strategy per region along with the area sales leader. Develop distributor program: annual distributors meeting, annual and quarterly budget meetings, loyalty program, rebate systems, stock-sharing information etc. Support area sales leader on the successful execution of the program Develop together with technical team on distributors training programs, based on customer voice/needs. Develop distributor tools: handbook, toolboxes, and packages. Execute complete mapping of existing distributors with a target to increase share of wallet. Identify new product opportunities by evaluating and leveraging our global manufacturing footprint and executing VOC sessions. Work close with local and global product management teams. Coordinate and work close with sales and technical department to develop solutions, solve issues, and deliver regional distributors budget. Develop strategic distributors’ campaigns and support sales leaders on their execution. Drive the “digitization” of the business via e-commerce & tableau utilization. Understand distributor business model and identify gaps between LE model and theirs. Align strategies in targeted products/solutions, inventory, marketing etc Job Requirements A solid commercial and good technical background; Sales & marketing skills; Strategic thinking Ability to work with multicultural environment.
