**Description and Requirements**
The Distributor Account Manager is a strategic role responsible for managing and expanding relationships with distribution partners in Romania.
As a key driver of business growth, You will take ownership of the distributor accounts, foster strong partnerships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role demands a proactive, motivated, and results-oriented professional capable of navigating a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on relationship management at all levels of the organization.
**As a Distribution Account Manager, You will be responsible for:**
+ Increase Lenovo share inside your targeted Distributors
+ Ensuring the full benefits of the Lenovo portfolio are understood through key communications and training activities
+ Establish and manage and maintain relationships with Distributors - at executive, management, product manager and sales representative level
+ Manage weekly forecasting and opportunity tracking to provide realistic weekly shipments forecast
+ Ensure distributors are fully enabled on the product portfolio and the necessary sales and technical accreditations are achieved
+ Ensure distributors are enabling the resellers to understand and can successfully promote the Lenovo product.
+ Ensure distributors are successfully applying the Reseller partner program by providing tailored channel sales enablement.
+ Develop a strategic account plan for each Distributor on yearly basic with quarterly updates
+ Pro-active strategic Business & marketing planning to show good levels of ROI, increased share of wallet and focused activities around higher AUR products
+ Support the reseller team to increase the acquisition of new BP's
+ Team Sales quota attainment of assigned Distributors in country.
+ Articulate Lenovo’s 360 value proposition
+ Successfully apply business intelligence and understand how markets and competitors will influence the selling of Lenovo products and services
+ Attend and support quarterly business reviews with each of the distributors
+ Ensure all distributors are aligned to the Distribution Partner Program in terms of target achievement, weeks of inventory, partner recruitment and utilization of business development funds
+ Ensure all distributors hold the minimum level of inventory required on a quarterly basis to achieve sales goals
**What is required to be successful in this role:**
+ 5 -7 year proven track record in strategic selling and account management, ideally in data center business
+ Bachelor degree or commercial training in business administration, information technology or similar subjects are preferred
+ Proven track record of sales experience, ideally in a Distribution/Channel environment is a plus
+ Sales attitude, ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers
+ Proven ability to build relationships and to identify / work with Key Decision makers in Distribution
+ Fluency in English and Romanian
+ The ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization, including at CXO level.
+ Understanding and in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.
+ You should be able to identify business opportunities and act on them and bring to fruition.
+ You have an entrepreneurial approach and you will be able to work on challenges targets.
