Job Overview:

Supply Chain clerks are responsible for managing supply chain activities in the assigned area under the direction of the supply chain management,

Performs procurement activities for assigned areas in a cost-effective manner using current inventory management processes and procedures,

Communicates product concerns to supply chain management and seeks input or approval from the Clinical Resource Directors for all newly requested items prior to placing an order. Supply Chain clerks should be in business appropriate attire prior to the start of the scheduled shift,

Consistently anticipates customer needs and expectations; responds to supply inquiries in a timely and effective manner,

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent customer service skills requiredRisk of injury from equipment used in moving productAbility to lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

Supply Chain operations experience preferred

Scheduling Requirements:

Shift- 7:00am- 3:30pmFull Time/DayMonday Friday

Essential Functions:

Practices and adheres to all department and organizational policies, procedures, initiatives, and trainingConducts supply chain activities for assigned areasResponsible for the research, mitigation, and resolution of customer concerns and escalates when neededPerforms delegated tasks and special projects as assignedActs as a subject matter expert in assigned areasAttends daily meetings and huddlesHas a working knowledge of all equipment used in the supply chain departmentResponsible for identifying and reporting safety concerns, medical errors, device malfunction, and facility damage walls, ceiling tiles, etc,Perform all other duties as assigned
