The Systems Analyst is the lead of business analysts who is responsible for partnering with business team and IT delivery team to define best-fit requirements based on system capabilities to achieve business values. This role requires comprehensive understandings of systems capabilities to propose and discuss feasible solutions that could contribute the best to business values. This role also needs to provide guidance and lead other BA members. This position will also contribute to the upskilling of IT teams with much needed development capabilities on core IT disciplines for technologies in AIG's strategic investment path, specifically the AIG Connect Japan IT Modernization program.
