Distribution Support
**THE POSITION** Coordinate efficiently and effectively the distribution activities of Boehringer Ingelheim in Italy, solving the logistics complaints (including returns from Customers) as part of the Outbound process, monitoring the stocks of goods for the correct balancing between the external warehouses, monitoring the expiration date of finished goods, managing the transformation of retail goods according to Demand planning and Business needs. **Tasks & Responsibilities** + Coordinate efficiently and effectively the Distribution activities for finished goods and promotional materials, including daily check and stock alignment. + Monitor the outbound flows to ensure that customer orders are properly prepared, shipped and delivered on time. + Monitor the stocks of goods for the correct balancing between the external warehouses. + Manage, in collaboration with the Logistic provider, all complaints occurred during the transportation of goods from the warehouses to the Customers (i.e., damage, loss, theft) and promptly recover all mandatory documentation for the claim handling. + Provide data analysis on outbound deliveries, returns and logistic complaints on demand. + Support the Material and Customer master data management. **Requirements** + Master's or bachelor’s degree (Economics, Business administration or Management Engineering). + At least 1 year of experience in similar role. + A clear understanding of basic financial and inventory measures. + Good analytical skills, working with large data sets. + Problem solving skills and team working skills. + Good communication and organizational skills. + Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities. + Self-motivated and result-driven. + Knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts, including GMP&GDP. + Knowledge of inventory management topics. + Technical expertise: SAP ERP, MS Office. + Good written and oral communication skills in English. **What we offer** + For this position we offer a one year fixed-term contract. + Free access to the company canteen and ticket restaurants when working remotely. + A range of benefits for you physical, financial, social and mental wellbeing (access to gyms, psychologist, volunteering, parental support, company welfare and more). + A support to develop your own professional and personal path that will guide you through our full range of development programs including platforms to learn foreign languages and attend professional courses.
