The Distribution Specialist II validates, communicates and resolves issues with accounts. They check and release inventory as required.

Has both complex and uncomplicated assigned accountsHas extensive job knowledge and skills required for Distribution Coordinator functionsPerforms daily tasks assigned with very little supervisionMust be accurate, organized, handle deadlines, cross train on other accounts along with being a self-starter and motivated to keep up with all tasks that occur daily on their deskMust have good communication skills to work with purchasing and sales along with training with and problem solving with sales contacts in regard to account issuesOther duties may be assignedQualifications you’ll bring as a Distribution Specialist II:
Strong organization/time management skills.Typically, 2 or more years of experience in purchasing or accounting field.Strong word and excel experience.Requires HS Diploma.Office EnvironmentThis position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
