Primary Responsibilities:

Place inter-company STO to sourcing plants based on DSI reviewCommunicate with and coordinate for order processing including ATP failure, supply issue resolution, order delivery schedule change. Work closely with CSRs for STO creationManage and control inventory to achieve the desired level of customer service while manage inventory at target level.Closely communicate with planner/scheduler at source plant and keep customer service informed for any customer order delivery schedule change.Work with forwarder/warehouse to process import/export processing, customs clearance, and goods receipt with appropriate SAP entries upon material in & out.Coordinate Non-Productivity Inventory review with Sales & Marketing and Customer Service.Provide input to and participate as required in the IBP processSupport supply chain initiatives by interfacing with other supply chain personnel in the business and shared servicesResponsible & drive improvement for supply chain KPI.Improve master data quality for the planning/scheduling accuracy.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in a discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills (Prefer Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business).Prefer at least 3+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in other supply chain roles (logistics, operations, ITO or improvement), manufacturing, or customer service is very beneficial.

Qualifications:

SAP R2, R3, ECC, APO or other ERP system working experienceMust have proficient verbal and written English language skillsAPICS CPIM Certification preferredSix Sigma Green Belt Project Leader certification preferredMust be proficient in Business Objects or other Data Warehouse applications and Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications and database tools.
