Key Deliverables
• This role supports the teams in ensuring gross additions based on the efficient rural expansion against the challenging rural conditions. • This role will need to evangelize new town roll outs to drive business growth. The challenge would be to constantly identify and create new market opportunities for the sales & marketing teams to create demand of • This role will have to drive distributor & retailer investment for market expansion / maintaining stock levels against the cost challenge involved • The role will require constantly identifying tools driving efficiencies & productivity of the sales teams • This role will also be challenged with innovative ways to go to market approaches. This becomes important to ensure constant market expansion & capture against rising competition Work closely with the network team to understand and improve mobile network in the markets
Skills Required
• Ability to ensure excellence in execution • Ability to collaborate and work with large teams • Analyze data and draw insights • Consultation, facilitation and selling skills • Enterprising and ability to convince stakeholders • Basic computer literacy MS Office – Excel
Educational Qualifications
• Full Time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM

• 5 Years+ of Experience in handling sales, dealer network, channel management.
