ENERCON's Power Delivery group is seeking an experienced Distribution Engineer to join our growing team. From reviewing design products to providing technical guidance and leadership, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with your work every day. This role can be located in one of our offices in:
Kennesaw, GA (Suburb of Atlanta) Charlotte, NC San Luis Obispo, CAHouston, TXPalm Beach Gardens, FL Responsibilities
In this role, you'll champion quality and consistency, apply best practices to systems, and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Other duties may include:
Design & Compliance: Ensure designs meet client, industry, and regulatory standardsQuality Assurance: Review designs for consistency, quality, and adherence to standardsCommunication & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory counterpartsLeadership & Adaptability: Guide teams, manage workloads, and maintain production in changing conditions #LI-MB1

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (or similar), or equivalent education and/or experienceTypically has a minimum of 3 years of Power Delivery experienceStrong knowledge of electrical distribution system design engineering standards and practices, and regulatory requirementsKnowledge of NESC and other applicable codes and standardsStrong computer (e.g. Microsoft Office) and communication skills (verbal and written)Willingness to learn and operate client provided programs and systemsAbility to work effectively with a teamAbility to travel up to 20 - 25% of the time to client sites (expected to travel at least one time per month) for project and/or marketing meetings Pay Range USD $75,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
