As a member of the Distribution organization, reporting into one of our Distribution Managers, you will work in close partnership with Distribution leaders at all levels of the organization, cross-functional teams and the EMEA Supply Chain Communications team. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Within the ELC, we have an exciting opportunity for a Coach to drive cross-DC engagement. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic engagement specialist to help bring to life our Distribution vision, mission, action plans and experiences across our distribution centers in Laakdal and Ham. The ideal candidate already worked in a **high-paced logistics environment** , with a passion for sport and supply chain, and: + has a proven track record of developing inspiring messages and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies that drive connectedness, inspiration, clarity, increased brand loyalty, enhanced stakeholder experience, and ultimately, improved business performance. + combines directly relevant work experience in communication, project management, design and storytelling with a knack for problem-solving. + is comfortable connecting with leaders at differing levels of seniority. + works effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to simplify the complex; + is fluent in both **Dutch and English** ; + is sociable, flexible and a strong team player, able to work independently; + enjoys translating vision and strategy into projects and stories that drive growth; + has a bachelor’s level of thinking or an equivalent experience. **_IMPORTANT AND NON-NEGOTIABLE NOTE_** : + No relocation package/deal: candidates must currently reside in Belgium to be considered for this position (except border commuters).
