Distribution Director- Delivery Distribution Center
The Distribution Director is responsible for the leadership, support, communication and direction towards the overall effective operation of a delivery distribution center (DDC) and any associated multi-site operations (Delivery Pads or Third-Party Vendor sites) while providing direct to store and consumer home delivery in local markets. This person ensure company values, operational policies and procedures are understood and followed within the Distribution Center. Provides developmental coaching and leadership guidance to all management. This person has direct responsibility for creating and managing a positive customer experience for internal and external customers/consumers, managing P&L performance, and delivering service level results for all third-party contractual agreements.

Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the delivery distribution center network for Store replenishment and home delivery.Builds and maintains budgets, financial reporting and goals in partnership with Finance, Distribution Operations, and Supply Chain Leadership.Ensures timely reporting of performance escalating issues and opportunities as appropriate to drive change and ensure goals are met.Provides coaching and development of all members of the Leadership teams under his/her direction.Creates a positive diverse and inclusive work environment focused on positive reinforcement and clear accountabilities.Maintains effective and ongoing partnerships with customers both internally and externally by providing feedback and guidance in support of the overall customer service mission.Partners with other areas across Supply Chain to ensure continuous improvement in all centers, driving a positive experience for all internal and external customers while delivering cost effective solutions.Actively participates in special projects, company initiatives, community building events, and other leadership duties as apparent or assigned.Basic Qualifications:5 or more years of demonstrated experience leading teams and managing supervisors in the areas of business, military or related fields.9 or more years of logistics, operational, warehouse, inventory and customer service experience.Preferred Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor's degree2+ years of Warehouse Management Systems experience5+ years distribution experience9+ years retail experienceWhat’s in it for you
