Job Description
We are seeking three experienced professionals to join our team in supporting pole replacement projects in Texas. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry and offers the opportunity to design and layout electrical power distribution systems, update and modify existing systems, and ensure reliability and safety.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and layout electrical power distribution systems.Update and modify existing electrical systems to improve performance.Ensure systems are designed to prevent overloads and outages.Collaborate effectively with engineers and other professionals.Utilize CAD software and other tools for design and project management.Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure safe operations.Track deadlines and project progress to meet timelines.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution design for pole reject/pole replacement projects.Minimum of 2 years of DDS experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience supporting AEP projects is a plus.Entry-level positions may be available for candidates with an associate's degree or certificate in CAD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
