How you will create an impact

Management and lead the Business Development Managers and Sales assistant Team. This Branch Manager is the focal point of contact and engagement of Brokers of São Paulo Country Side area.

This Branch Manager will report directly to the Head of National Broker Channel and will develop and execute strategies to improve sales on Commercial Lines and Personal Insurance. Will execute Local Brokers Strategies, aligned with high growth (due market possibilities), deconcentrating brokers, reducing volatility and profitability drive. This position will also develop relationship and engage local brokers and main clients. It will work strategically with profit center managers and marketing and communications, claims and operations.

 Responsibilities:

Build valuable relationships with key personnelServe as the senior AIG point of contact for key broker partnersFormulate Strategic Business Plans with brokers to identify critical client focus areas, existing AIG alignment and forward-looking opportunities for increased partnershipIdentify and maintain regular collaborative dialogue with key business influencers at major brokerage operations  Champion new and existing business initiatives working with the Managing Directors, Broker Engagement and Underwriting Business PartnersCollaborate with Senior leadership to ensure Client Centric Focus is integrated into all sales and business planningDevelop and implement collaborative marketing strategies to achieve business production and performance goals for the ZoneManage account and product portfolio across Distribution and Profit Center resourcesDrive the AIG value proposition and ensure that clients are aware of the array of products, services and solutions (enterprise-wide) available and enhance exposure to AIGDevelop plans to improve portfolio and account performance, enhance service and strengthen relationships with major account clientsDeliver results in new business production and cross selling from existing clients in line with set objectivesMeet or exceed client retention and premium retention goals for Major Account Segment in the Zone

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor's degreeRecognized experience as a Leader at sales area of Insurance CompaniesProven client relationship / management experienceExperience in P&C InsuranceAbility to build relationships, internally and externallyAbility to influence brokers, clients, peers, senior executives and staffAbility to manage complex global insurance relationshipsStrong financial and accounting skills to effectively engage at the senior management levelStrong problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced English Skills is a plus
