Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Objective:** The Warehousing coordinator is responsible to ensure the logistics operation running effectively. Responsible to support all functions relating to warehousing activities for local sales and replenishment in Brazil, developing collaborative partnerships with both CP colleagues and external stakeholders, deliver the agreed results while maintaining positive employee relations, assure EHS / Quality standards & LP&R compliance, sales accomplishment, profitability, manage portfolio complexity, achieve costs objectives / works aligned with budget, people and organization development. Monitor and control inventory, invoices and operational headcounts according to the business plans. **Main Responsibilities:** + Inbound of finished goods from the factory to our Distribution center. + Outbound of replenishment to fulfill BR25/Paraíba. + Outbound to all the customers nationwide, customizing the cargos according to the customer profile and agreement with commercial teams. + Responsible for storing goods in accordance with quality and materials specifications respecting the features of Size, weight, traceability, temperature, etc… + Control the invoicing capacity and storage utilization according to the business needs. + Coordinate external Overflows inventories considering inbounds and outbounds with a proper quality and batch controls. + Execute inventory counting following audit plan with double Wall to Wall per year. + Make cycle counts to keep physical inventory closest possible to the SAP system inventory. + Maintain the warehouse according to the local regulations, quality and EHS standards. + Guarantee operational flows achieving the productivity goals as well as the cost efficiency target. + Participate actively in the creation, development and implementation of the projects that will allow us to keep Brazil as model/reference for warehouse operations in CP worldwide. + Lead FTG initiatives related to the operational area. + Coordinate operational team making sure we have the resources available to run the three shifts with all the conditions required and following the internal CP values and leadership principles. + Keep developing the operational team, creating succession planning in the area and empowering them. + Control returns and refusals from customers. + Keep the KPI´s on target and control them. + Leadership with operational productivity projects: Automatic Receiving, Interleaving processes, layer picking, AGV´s, + LMS activities, ring scanners and others. + Coordinate operational activities following the maintenance, quality control, safety, and LP&R strategies. **Competencies :** + Good Communication; + Leadership; + Creativity / Open mind; + Problem-solving; + Knowledge in work team management, operational areas, inventories, continuous improvement; **Digital and Analytical Skills** + Domo / Digital Skills + RPA or any other digital and automation tools + Data analysis / IA + SAP / EWM and LMS **Direct Reports:** Direct reports (Shop Floor Employees) **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field + Proven experience in CS&L/Manufacturing + Experience leading people + Advanced English + Google Tools. **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
