Qualifications
Driver Requirements (if applicable):
Valid driver’s license required.
Clean driving record over the past 36 months (no DUIs, felony vehicle convictions, license suspensions, or three or more moving violations).
Personal vehicle used for Logan Health business must carry minimum state-required liability insurance coverage.
General Requirements:
Current CPR certification, as applicable to assigned area(s).
Prior experience in receiving, inventory control, or distribution preferred.
Experience with barcode scanning systems preferred.
Forklift certification required (as applicable to assigned area(s)).
Proficient in basic business math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Capable of independent work and effective collaboration within a team.
Demonstrates sound judgment, confidentiality, and reliability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning new software systems as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming shipments in accordance with departmental procedures.
Accurately document receipt details in inventory systems, including PO numbers, quantities, and packaging information.
Organize and store inventory for efficient access and optimal workflow.
Deliver supplies to appropriate departments or locations following established protocols.
Prepare and process outgoing shipments as needed.
Replenish stock and conduct regular inventory counts in line with organizational standards.
Rotate inventory to ensure timely usage and minimize product waste.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records, including data entry and system updates.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of storage and work areas; dispose of packaging materials appropriately.
Assist with other related duties as needed to support departmental goals.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
