**Job Description:**
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Distributor Relationship Management• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.• Regularly engage distributors through meetings, joint sales calls, and strategic planning sessions.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution• Define and execute territory sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.• Identify growth opportunities within distributor accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
3. Channel Development & Support• Recruit and onboard new distributors where needed to expand market reach.• Provide tools, training, and ongoing support to help distributors succeed.
4. Marketing & Promotions• Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all distributor touchpoints.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting• Track distributor performance using CRM and sales reporting tools.• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Present findings to leadership.
6. Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence• Visit key end customers with distributors to understand needs and drive demand.• Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
7. Compliance & Brand Representation• Ensure distributors represent the brand in accordance with company values and standards.• Support compliance with applicable commercial and regulatory requirements.
8. All Other Reasonable Duties as Assigned

6. **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and draw actionable insights.
**Travel Flexibility:** Comfortable with regular regional travel to support distributors.
