As the DC Supervisor, your daily role involves leading, mentoring, and developing a team of warehouse operators to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. You will take on both immediate and future challenges in a fast-paced environment, focusing heavily on delivering high-quality products and processes that support efficient delivery. A key aspect of your role is to identify areas for improvement, build future capabilities, and lead the implementation of new technologies and projects, working across various functions within the Janssen and Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing department budgets, supervising performance development, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining safety standards.
