A day in the life as a Distribution Office Associate...

Track and check in drivers and trailers from receiving office or guard shackPerform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copyingGather information from accounts, applications, or spreadsheets and transfers into a standard format or databasePrepare data for computer entry by compiling, sorting, and verifying informationPerform other related clerical duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the table…

Proficient at typing and basic computer operationIntermediate English Language proficiency Clerical, word processing, and office skillsHigh attention to detail

Experience in a clerical position and/or Administrative Support preferredHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training 

Minimum Starting Rate: $16.50 Hourly

Up to: $19.75 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
