Job Description

As the Distribution Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Distributors and driving the success of the Channel Partner Program in South Korea. Your primary goal is to maximize market growth by developing and strengthening a robust channel infrastructure comprised of Distributors and various Channel Partners.

This role requires effective relationship management, ongoing development of channel partners through training and support, and a results-oriented approach to performance tracking. You will also contribute to revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, tools, and guidelines across the region.

This position is based in Seoul, South Korea, with a requirement to travel from time to time as required. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all Distributors in the marketDrive recruitment of new Partners into the Channel Partner ProgramTrain, advise, and educate Partners on Axis’ products, services, and value propositionManage stock levels, stock rotation, and product mix to optimize availabilityPlan, implement, and follow up on Distributor marketing activities in collaboration with the local Marketing ManagerSet performance targets and evaluate Distributor performance on a regular basisEnsure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience in a similar position more than 7 yearsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsProactive, driven, and highly self-motivated team playerSolid understanding of IP-based technologies and networking solutionsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesFluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
