Disputes & Transactions Manager (Contract)
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Disputes & Transactions Manager for a credit card company to sit fully remote for a 6-month contract. This resource will be joining a small team to help manage the staff which includes three analysts, two disputes analyst and one transaction analyst who sit offshore. You will be responsible for running weekly meetings with the offshore team, stepping in for guidance and help when escalations occur. You will also be responsible for partnership management, running at least two weekly meetings, providing reports of disputes and transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The team utilizes SLACK for communication and will need this person to be a proactive communicator. This person will need to have advanced level Excel experience and would highly prefer someone with SQL querying experience. Key Objectives and Responsibilities Manage staff responsible for two important credit card operations: transaction disputes and transactions risk Communicate effectively with disputes and transactions analysts Communicate effectively with partners Act as manager, lead, and subject matter expert for all aspects of disputes and transactions risk operations Collaborate with staff to increase efficiency and maintain quality Resolve customer escalations when necessary Adhere to SLA, regulatory, and compliance requirements Minimize financial losses and risk We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
