Operate dispensing machinery with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.Accurately measure and dispense materials as per detailed instructions.Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure efficient performance.Monitor and record data to determine process efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with team members to successfully implement production plans and meet targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a similar capacity.Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.A dedication to teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical certification is a plus.
