Dispatcher Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: + Supervise and lead dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate assignment of resources to meet organizational needs. + Coordinate with field teams, ensuring proper communication and alignment to avoid scheduling conflicts and delays. + Train and mentor junior dispatchers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. + Monitor ongoing dispatch workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency. + Manage dispatch software and tools, analyzing data to create reports on performance, scheduling, and resource allocation. + Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals, including transportation logistics and service delivery. + Maintain compliance with industry standards, labor laws, and organizational guidelines relevant to dispatch and logistics functions. + Troubleshoot issues with schedules or resources, quickly resolving conflicts with a focus on minimizing impact on operations. Requirements + 3+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, scheduling, or operations management + Hands-on experience with dispatch software and CRM systems, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). + Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop team members while maintaining operational excellence. + Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to change. + Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear, professional interactions with field teams and stakeholders. + Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to dispatch operations, such as transportation regulations. + A proactive mindset with the ability to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
