Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Uniontown, Ohio. In this dynamic contract-to-permanent role, you will be critical in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating service appointments, managing technician schedules, and maintaining effective communication with customers. WKey Responsibilities:
+ Customer Interaction:
+ Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries, offering solutions to their service concerns.
+ Promote maintenance memberships by explaining benefits and addressing customer questions.
+ Scheduling & Dispatching:
+ Schedule service appointments efficiently by aligning customer availability with technician expertise and job location.
+ Dispatch technicians with comprehensive job details and provide updates as required.
+ Monitor technician schedules throughout the day, adjusting for emergencies, cancellations, or last-minute changes.
+ Parts Coordination:
+ Partner with the parts team to order, track, and communicate the status of necessary parts for service jobs.
+ Administrative Support:
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, service appointments, and job details in scheduling software.
+ Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing estimates, invoices, and service agreements.
+ Process payments, issue receipts, and update customer accounts.
+ Team Collaboration:
+ Work closely with service managers and technicians to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements • Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a call center environment.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided dispatch systems and scheduling software.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and other office productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing services is a plus but not required. TalentMatch®
