Description Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills? Our client in the nonprofit industry is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to join their team. As a critical link in their operations, you’ll play a key role in coordinating resources, ensuring smooth logistical operations, and supporting the organization’s mission to create a positive impact in the community. Key Responsibilities: + Receive and manage service requests via phone, email, or online platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. + Coordinate schedules and resources for field personnel, drivers, or volunteers, ensuring timely service delivery. + Maintain accurate dispatch logs and records in the organization’s system to track activity. + Communicate effectively between internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations. + Monitor ongoing service activities, resolving scheduling conflicts and adapting to last-minute changes. + Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines, especially within nonprofit operations. + Provide support for transportation logistics or delivery services if required by the organization. + Collaborate with leadership and field staff to ensure efficient workflows and service satisfaction. Requirements + 1+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics support, or customer service (nonprofit experience is a plus but not required). + Strong communication skills to coordinate operations and resolve conflicts effectively. + Proficiency with dispatch software, CRM systems, or basic tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook). + Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. + Attention to detail and the ability to maintain timely, accurate documentation. + A commitment to teamwork and contributing to the mission-driven goals of the nonprofit sector. + Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities with a positive attitude.
