Dispatcher
Environment: Fast-paced, dynamic operations setting
Location: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Dispatching & Scheduling Coordinate and schedule inspections for both local and national accounts.
Answer incoming calls and emails, log service requests, and collect all necessary details regarding the issue.
Schedule service appointments based on technician availability, skill set, geographic location, and urgency.
Adjust schedules in real time due to emergencies, delays, or cancellations, and promptly communicate updates to technicians and customers.
Direct technicians to job sites with complete job information, directions, and customer details.
Provide backup administrative support, including reception and additional scheduling needs.
Collaborate with the District team to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments.
Work closely with the corporate office and provide required documentation upon request.
Review completed work for accuracy, eliminate duplication, and ensure completeness before final submission.
Prepare and submit daily reports as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Customer Communication & Support Act as the first point of contact for all customer service or support inquiries.
Address customer questions or complaints related to service, billing, and scheduling.
Follow up post-service to confirm customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns.
Escalate significant service issues or customer complaints to appropriate supervisors when needed.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a detail oriented and courteous demeanor
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
Comfortable with handling confidential information and exercising discretion
Ability to strategize efficient technician routing to minimize travel and increase productivity
Eagerness to identify and implement service delivery improvements
Data entry, analysis, and interpretation skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
