What You'll Be Doing

Schedule and dispatch concrete deliveries to meet customer demands and optimize fleet efficiencyCommunicate effectively with drivers, plant personnel, and customers to ensure timely serviceMonitor real-time delivery progress and adjust schedules as neededUse dispatch software and systems to manage orders and logisticsMaintain accurate records of deliveries, issues, and customer interactions

Work Environment
This role is based in a dispatch office setting with frequent communication via phone, radio, and computer systems. It requires attention to detail, adaptability to changing schedules, and collaboration with both internal teams and external customers.
