Description Security Operations Center (SOC) - The SOC handles a wide range of calls including RTLS and Panic Alarm activations, Fire Alarms, Medical Emergencies, Critical Patient Transfers, Agitated or Combative Individuals, and Organizational Mass Notifications. The SOC also monitors various systems including, cameras, access control, fire and life safety, medical emergency, infant tracking, and medical gases. The SOC operates 24/7/365. SOC: + high call volume; at times it can be 100+, inbound call, sometimes outbound. + they experience and handle much more urgent calls + required to think more on there feet and be able to make split decisions, (The manager or supervisor isn’t on site) + Handle escalated situation calls. + Route calls to the correct department or to the correct point of contact. + Customer service. Skills Customer service, Dispatch, Dispatching, Call center, Inbound call, Dispatch customer service, Data entry Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in fast pace high call volume dispatching/call center environment. Great customer service Comfortable working on computers and using multiple monitors No healthcare experience needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.83 - $34.72/hr.
