Description We are looking for a highly organized Dispatcher to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Redmond, Washington. In this role, you will coordinate service work orders, manage schedules, and maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in handling inbound calls, managing billing functions, and utilizing CRM systems to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: • Log and track service work orders with accuracy and attention to detail. • Schedule and coordinate daily operations to optimize efficiency. • Handle inbound calls professionally and address customer inquiries effectively. • Utilize CRM and management systems to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows. • Perform billing functions, including invoicing and resolving discrepancies. • Engage in email correspondence to ensure timely communication with clients and team members. • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational consistency and address challenges. • Monitor and update schedules to meet service deadlines. • Provide clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in computer programs and CRM systems. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Experience in handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries. • Familiarity with billing functions and processes. • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple tasks effectively. • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records. • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
