Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service & Dispatch Coordinator to support our clients operations team in Albany, NY. This role is essential in ensuring efficient service delivery, accurate data management, and clear communication across departments and with clients. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong administrative skills, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. This is a temporary to hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient service. + Accurately process and track time and materials billing. + Manage incoming service requests and provide prompt follow-up to ensure resolution. + Perform data entry to maintain accurate records and operational information. + Organize and maintain documentation to support daily operations. + Serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries. + Identify and escalate operational issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. + Monitor workflows to ensure alignment with procedures, deadlines, and service standards. Requirements • Proven experience in dispatching, billing, or related operational roles. • Proficiency in processing time and materials billing with attention to detail. • Strong ability to handle service calls and manage follow-ups effectively. • Demonstrated expertise in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication abilities to liaise with clients and team members. • Familiarity with operational workflows and problem-solving techniques. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
