As a Dispatch Supervisor, you are responsible for the supervision, development, and oversight of drivers, as well as fostering a positive and engaging team atmosphere. Coordinates activities of dispatch leads, dispatchers, and drivers engaged in delivery of equipment and materials to ensure operational success, while exercising considerable autonomy. This position must be self-motivated with a high degree of responsibility including confidentiality, sense of urgency, and accountability to be successful in the role. Critical for success are the abilities to provide direction, multitask under extreme deadlines, work/interact well with others, and work long hours including evening and weekends. The salary range for this position is $76,000 - $107,000 annually. This information reflects the expected base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes:

10+ years of relevant construction industry or transportation experience Computer proficiency Negotiation skills Competent with a variety of DOT concepts, practices, and procedures Electronic Onboard Device (EOD) experience Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team Associate’s Degree in a related field (desired)

This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Expected Salary Range$76,000—$107,000 USD
