Summary The Dispatch Supervisor is primarily responsible for directly supervising the dispatch team, along with the performance, and completion of all Dispatch related performance work statement tasks for MSFC. The Dispatcher Supervisor is responsible for complying with all federal, state, local, NASA and MSFC policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to the operation of the Dispatch Center. Responsibilities Required to follow all company personnel and safety policies and perform all assigned duties in a safe work manner. track and record all incidents with a chronological listing of events using the CAD system. Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays if needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of responsible dispatcher experience. One year of prior supervisory experience. Experience with executing emergency response plans using first response force. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license. Meet and maintain all requirements as established by the site. Must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance, but not required to start. Must be able to meet drug testing and alcohol – free workforce requirements to include random drug and/or alcohol testing.
