A well-established food production and distribution company in Evesham is looking for an organised and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:Coordinating daily outbound deliveries and preparing all dispatch paperworkLiaising with drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatchTracking stock and shipments using warehouse management systemsManaging delivery schedules and booking collectionsResolving delivery issues and investigating stock discrepanciesSupporting general warehouse operations when neededMaintaining accurate stock records and dispatch logs
✅ What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse coordination, or logisticsGood IT skills – confident with Excel, Outlook, and stock systemsStrong organisational and communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and a proactive attitudeFLT or Bendi licence is a bonus but not essential
