About the Role & Program
Disney Programs encompasses the Disney College Program, Culinary Program, and Disney International Program. The Disney Programs Learning team is responsible for bringing developmental, academic and uniquely Disney experiences to life for participants. Our goal is to help develop and encourage others to reach their full potential while navigating the start of their career journey!
The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026.
What You Will Do
As a Programs Learning Team Intern, you will work in the Disney Programs Office and support the Learning team as a first point of contact for participants. This role involves a high level of administrative responsibilities, including computer data entry, handling phone calls, and in-person communication.
As an intern you will collaborate with the team to address participant questions regarding learning offerings, academic support, and general inquiries about Disney Programs. Our intern will assist in coordinating offerings and serve as a liaison for key partners!
Partner with faculty, students, and scheduling teams to organize and process exam proctoring and independent study hall requests.Assess and respond to participant inquiries regarding offering registration, learning certificate requests, and other program-related questions.Track offering enrollment, attendance metrics, and learning hours through various booking systems and Microsoft Excel.Manage scheduling, communications, and logistics for adjunct facilitators supporting tours and classroom workshops.Complete setup and breakdown of classrooms and technology, and lead participant check-in processes.Support leadership with the co-facilitation of select learning activities.

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.50 per hour.
