Generar, diseñar e implementar soluciones de sistemas a través del análisis de requerimientos.(conifguracion de WMS con base en el CRP) 2. Resolver las ordenes de trabajo / tickets para nuevas solicitudes / funciones del cliente. 3. Implementar, mantener y soportar los Sistemas de almacén, para nuevos clientes y proyectos internos a través de una metodología de administración de proyectos. 4. Implementar proyectos de integración (desarrollo de interfaces) entre aplicaciones internas y externas. 5. Participar como experto funcional de los sistemas de almacén, para el diseño de soluciones en conjunto con los equipos de operaciones y áreas staff. 6. Pruebas para escenarios de unidad (desarrollo) y de usuario (SIT), soporte en issues de UAT. 7. Ejecutar las acciones derivadas de la estrategia local/regional/global de Sistemas CL. 8. Gestionar y ejectuar la estrategia de comunicación con proveedores internos de sistemas. 9. Identificar / recomendar / implementar cambios de proceso para impulsar mejoras. 10. Gestión de incidentes , resolucion de problemas de soporte a través del sistema tickets. 11. Proporcionar soporte técnico en Go-Lives e Implementación con fases. 12.Conducir la capacitacion de Keyuser.
